In January 2018, Non-Destructive Testing Products (NDTP) Limited purchased the assets of Infinitex Corp., including its patented membrane technology, manufacturing processes, formulations, product lines, and brands. Since that time, NDTP has learned that a former Infinitex employee named Peter Hessinger has started a new business called “Membranes and More LLC” to compete with NDTP. We are pursuing litigation against Mr. Hessinger and his new business.
In the meantime, Mr. Hessinger is attempting to market membranes and other products to NDTP customers. Please note that NDTP’s warranty of its products is premised upon its customers’ usage of only NDTP OEM products in connection with our Splitter® and Ultra Splitter™ units. If you choose to purchase, for example, a membrane from Mr. Hessinger, and incorporate that membrane into NDTP equipment, the warranty of the NDTP equipment will be void. NDTP cannot be responsible for defects caused by the use of its equipment in connection with counterfeit supplies; nor can it be responsible for incorrect test results that might result from the use of such supplies.Thank you for your kind attention to this letter.
